There are many types of abuse including:

 

  • Sexual
  • Emotional
  • Physical
  • Financial
  • Online

 

All bring their own fears and traumas. Abuse is never justified no matter how much the abuser may tell you it is. You might be being abused if you are in a situation where you feel you are:

 

  • Being controlled, undermined or neglected
  • Being physically, sexually or emotionally attacked
